You will always know what happens next.
No open-ended retainers that drift. Every engagement has a defined start, a written scope, a fixed price, and an end point you can see from the beginning. Timelines are set per project, because a one-page website and a full systems build are not the same job.

Step 1: Prayer
Before anything else, I pray for you and for your business - for its success, for clarity so the work you need can be explained and understood, and for both of us to know whether we are meant to work together. I keep praying for guidance and wisdom through every project after that. This happens whether or not you ever become a client, and it asks nothing of you.
Always -
Step 2: Discovery call
We talk about the business, not the software. What breaks in a normal week, what only lives in your head, and what it is costing you. If Pro31 is not the right fit, you will hear that on this call.

Step 3: Audit & proposal
I look at what you actually run - systems, handoffs, staffing, and the gaps between them. You get written findings, a scoped recommendation, and a fixed price. The findings are yours whether or not you hire me for the build.
Flat fee -
Step 4: Build & train
Software selected and configured, vendors negotiated, automations wired, SOPs written, and your team trained on all of it. Accounts are registered in your name as we go, not handed over at the end.
Flat project fee -
Step 5: Handoff or partner
You run it yourself with the documentation in hand, or we stay on a monthly retainer for upkeep, reporting, and new-hire training. Both are a real option - there is no penalty for choosing the first.
Your call
What you always get
Written documentation
SOPs and training material in your drive, in plain language.
Accounts in your name
Domains, hosting, and software registered to your business.
Staff actually trained
Your team, not just you, can run what gets built.
A fixed price
Scope and cost agreed in writing before work starts.
Every engagement begins with prayer for discernment, and continues with care for your team long after the work is done. That is simply how we operate. It costs you nothing, and asks nothing of you.
“Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters.”
Colossians 3:23What I need from you
An honest picture
Including the workarounds nobody wants to admit to. I have built those workarounds myself; there is nothing to be embarrassed about.
One decision-maker
Someone who can approve a tool, a process change, or a spend.
A few hours of your team
Training is where implementations succeed or quietly fail. I will ask for real time with the people who will use the system.
Start with the thirty-minute call.
Bring the problem. You will leave knowing whether it needs a project or a conversation.
