I have sat in both chairs.
I started in software and website development, working closely with databases; the part of a business where the truth actually lives. Over twenty years of development that turned into operations. Running the floor, writing the SOPs, hiring the staff, and answering for the numbers at the end of the month.
Along the way I helped start up and run an IV hydration clinic and a health and wellness recovery facility. Not as a consultant dropping in, but as the person choosing the POS, writing the training manual, and fixing it when it broke.
That is why Pro31 Solutions exists. Most businesses do not have a technology problem or an operations problem. They have a gap between the two, and almost nobody is standing in it.

Sell you software you do not need
I take no vendor commissions. If the honest answer is that a spreadsheet and a written process will do, that is the answer you get.
Hold your accounts hostage
Domains, hosting, and software accounts go in your business name from day one. If we part ways, nothing has to be untangled.
Leave you with a system nobody can run
Every build ends with written SOPs and trained staff. A system only your consultant understands is not finished.
